ACCOUNTS & ORDERING
When ordering, we need your contact details for to enable you and us to track your order. You can create an account with your email address through the check-out process. Order status can be checked with your account details on our customer SUPPORT PORTAL.
Account creation is done through the check-out process, when ordering.
Creating an account allows you and us to track your orders and organize our communications with each other through our customer SUPPORT PORTAL.
Go over to the My Account page. Enter your account details. Once you are logged in, click on “My Profile” to update any details.

We understand that these things happen. Please access the customer SUPPORT PORTAL. Login with your account details and submit a support ticket. We will respond as soon as possible.
All orders within stock items take 1 business day to process before shipping.
Due to COVID-19 related delays, all shipping carriers are taking longer to process and ship items. We are unable to guarantee shipping times, even when upgraded options are selected (if available).
Carrier times may also increase during high volume shipping seasons like Christmas.
Shipping fees depend on the item(s) ordered and destination, and are calculated at the time of check-out. The calculated shipping fee will be displayed on your order prior to check-out.
To give you an idea of shipping costs, let’s use the “Ornaument” kit as an example. It measures 4″x10″x10″ and weighs approximately 1kg. Shipping estimates: $12, Canada; $18, United States of America, $28 internationally.

PRODUCTS
“Ornaument” is our patent-pending, hand-crafted wood incense holder and accessory centerpiece, featuring the Sanskrit symbol Aum/Om/ॐ. It has been designed with several features to enhance sacred experiences.
With our curated backflow royal quality backflow incense cones, it creates a beautiful cascading smoke waterfall.
Further enhancing spiritual experiences, incense sticks are held in place at the angle of the Angel Number 105.
Accessories such as candles, crystals or more incense holders can be placed on its supporting shelf.
Sacred geometry assigns symbolic and sacred meanings to certain geometric shapes and certain geometric proportions.
In designing “Ornaument”, we used the Golden Ratio, or Fibonacci Sequence in the organization, placement and overall shape of the assembled pieces.

The significance of the Angel Number 105 rests in a message of positivity and manifestation.
Numerically, 105 is the double factorial of 7. It is also the sum of the first five square pyramidal numbers. 105 comes in the middle of the prime quadruplet (101, 103, 107, 109) and has a great significance for those into numerology as well.
To further add to spiritual experiences, we incorporated this powerful number in the angle in which incense sticks are held, 105 degrees.

RETURNS
We offer hassle-free exchanges or returns up to 14 days after your item has been shipped. If you need to return an item, please review our REFUND POLICY.
In order to facilitate a return or exchange, we will need the original order number. You can find this on your order confirmation email.
While original packaging is preferred, any box that can safely be shipped will do. You are required to ship an item back before receiving a refund or exchange (when applicable).
Step 1. Familiarize yourself with our REFUND POLICY.
Step 2. Send us an email at info@aumani.boutique with the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Telephone number
- Email Address
- Explanation of the defect
- High-quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request.
Step 3. Navigate to our page Support Portal. Select the item you would like to return. If you are returning more than one item, you will need to repeat this process for each item.
Step 4. Follow the series of prompts to guide you through either an exchange or a return, depending on your preference.
Step 5. While original packaging is preferred, any carrier approved box will do. Please send the item back to us within 28 days.
Please note: Returns to your original form of payment generally take 2-3 weeks from the time you send the package until the warehouse receives and processes it.
Sometimes these things happen. Please be sure you’re entering your order number correctly. If the order number is correct and you still have any trouble, please email us with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Telephone number
- Email Address and any others you may have used
- Explanation of the defect
- High-quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request.
Once we have these details we’ll look into it for you.

To speed things up, also send us an email with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Explanation of the defect
- High-quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request.
Depending on the level of damage, we may require some items to be shipped back to us and if you run into any issues, please let us know!
Returns can take up to 14 days from the date shipped to arrive back to us and are usually processed within 1 week. We will send you an email once the refund has been processed. If you’ve waited more than 3 weeks with no email please email us.
